By accessing or using Beaver AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Beaver AI is a meeting intelligence tool that transcribes video calls into text and generates AI-powered summaries and action items. The service is operated by FluxAI US Inc.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Beaver AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that your child under 18 has created an account or is using the Service, please contact us and we will take steps to remove their account and any associated data.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are for individual use unless you are on a team plan. You may not share your credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use Beaver AI for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to record meetings without the knowledge and consent of all participants.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our express written permission.
  • Abuse or attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security controls.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from meeting participants before using Beaver AI to transcribe any meeting.

5. Your Content

Your meeting transcripts, summaries, and any other content you create through the Service ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never sell, share, or use Your Content for any other purpose, including AI model training.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

6.1 Billing cycle & automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing interval you select at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.

6.2 Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends. Trials are limited to one per user and are not available to users who have previously subscribed.

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to your paid features until that date, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

We do not require notice periods, phone calls, or emails to cancel — one click in your billing dashboard is enough.

6.4 Refund policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or for periods in which you did not actively use the Service. This includes annual plans — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the remaining time on a current annual subscription.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges or other billing errors on our side.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised charges made without your consent.
  • Significant service outages that materially prevented your use of the Service for an extended period.
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, EU/UK statutory rights for digital services).

If any of these apply, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.

6.5 Upgrades, downgrades & plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period at the new tier's rate.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current tier's features until that date, then automatically switch to the lower tier. No refund or credit is issued for the difference.

Team seat changes are prorated: adding seats triggers a prorated charge for the remainder of the period, and reducing seats applies a prorated credit towards your next invoice.

6.6 Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price of your plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not wish to renew at the new price.

6.7 Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts, your subscription will be marked past due and access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

6.8 Taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes. Where required, taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

6.9 Cryptocurrency payments ($FLUX)

Payments made in $FLUX are final once the transaction is confirmed on-chain and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot reverse or refund $FLUX payments. Please verify the amount and duration carefully before sending.

6.10 Complimentary & promotional access

We may grant complimentary or discounted access to the Service at our discretion. Complimentary access can be revoked at any time and carries no monetary value.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, make updates, or temporarily suspend access. We'll try to give advance notice for planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beaver AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
