Alright everyone, let's kick off the Q1 sprint review. Jordan, do you want to start with the API migration update?

Sure. So the API migration is sitting at about 85% complete. We finished the authentication endpoints last week and the data layer is fully ported. What's left is the reporting module and some edge cases in the webhook system.

That's ahead of schedule, nice work. Any blockers?

The main risk is the webhook backwards compatibility. We've got about 40 clients on the v2 webhooks and we need to run both versions in parallel for at least two weeks. I've got a migration plan drafted.

I can help with the webhook testing. I've been working with the notification system and there's a lot of overlap in the event handling.

That'd be great, Sara. OK, next topic — the onboarding redesign. I know we had this on the roadmap but I've been hearing from sales that enterprise SSO is becoming a dealbreaker for three large prospects.

Yeah, I had calls with Acme Corp and DataFlow this week. Both said SSO and audit logs are non-negotiable for their security team to approve the tool. Acme alone would be a $15K annual contract.

OK, so here's what I'm thinking — we deprioritise the onboarding redesign to Q2 and move two engineers onto enterprise SSO. Jordan, is that feasible?

We can make it work. If we pull Marcus and Li Wei onto SSO after the API migration wraps, we could have SAML and OIDC support in about six weeks. The audit log is maybe another two weeks on top of that.

Let's do it. Priya, can you let those prospects know we're targeting end of April for SSO?

Absolutely. I'll send them updated timelines today.

One thing I wanted to flag — test coverage has dropped to about 76%. With all these parallel workstreams I think we need a dedicated testing push.

Good catch. We had that testing sprint on the backlog. How about we schedule it for the first two weeks of April, before the SSO push goes into full gear?

Agreed. Let's lock that in. April 7th to 18th for the testing sprint. Sara, can you own the test plan?

On it. I'll have a draft by end of this week.

Great. Last item — the billing dashboard update. We pushed this from last sprint. What's the status?

It's 90% done. The usage charts and invoice history are working. Just need to wire up the payment method management and do a final QA pass. I think we can ship by March 28th instead of the original April 2nd date.
